Q. How can I make a reservation?
A. You can make a reservation by phone, email, text, KakaoTalk, DM (Instagram/Facebook) or through the website.
If you’d like to make the reservation, kindly let us know the date, type of Sang(table), Baby’s gender, pickup location, Hanbok style and whether you need a snug chair or seating cushion. Then we will get back to you for confirmation. There is no deposit required at this moment.
Q. I’d like to get some more information about what is included if I rent the Sang.
A. For Baek-ilsang, baby's Hanbok, is included and for Dolsang, baby's Hanbok and Doljabi are included. A snug chair and a seating cushion are complimentary as well.
(Tablecloths are included; a foldable table is available at extra cost.
* All foods and flowers are artificial.
Q. Where can I pick it up? and I'd like to get delivery information.
We have 3 pickup locations in the GTA.
North York (Yonge & Finch), Newmarket (Bayview & Mulock) and Mississauga (Winston Churchill & Eglinton).
Yes, we do offer delivery with additional cost. Please let us know your postal code for the rate.
Q. How long can I rent the decors or Sang (Table setting)?
A. All rentals are for two days. Return is the next day by 5pm.
Q. How do I pay for the rental fee?
A. Please send e-transfer to dodamdodamtoronto@gmail.com on the day of pickup or delivery.
Q. Do you offer on site setup service?
A. We do offer a site setup. Please contact us for more information.
